5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on product type and location. Vista Prints is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Upon receiving goods, please inspect immediately. Claims for defects or shortages must be made within 5 business days. Approved returns may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

7. Defective Products and Limitations

Slight color variations or material tolerances of up to ±2.5% are considered acceptable in printing. Claims outside this range must be supported with photographic evidence.

8. Customer Submitted Artwork

All submitted artwork must be in CMYK, 300 DPI, and print-ready. You are responsible for owning or securing rights to the content. We are not liable for copyright infringements from your uploads.

9. Content License and Copyright

All designs, artwork, and trademarks remain your property. However, you grant us a limited license to use your files solely for production and fulfillment purposes.

10. Overruns and Proofing

An overrun or underrun of up to ±8% may occur and is considered industry standard. We provide digital proofs upon request; approval is required before production begins.

11. Payments

Payment must be made upfront via accepted methods. Invoices are issued immediately. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

12. Website Usage

All content on vistaprintsus.com is for personal or business use related to your order. Any scraping, reproduction, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
